Cancellations

Boston Dental Centre acknowledges that some situations which lead to missed appointments are outside an individuals control, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to cancel the appointment and the reasons for the short notice cancellation. Short Notice Cancellations with reasonable reasons (e.g. illness) outside the indivuiduals control will not receive a SNC strike. All cases are individually reviewed.
