Boston Dental Centre receives a large amount of Lost Time due to patients missing or failing to give at least 24 hours notice, this not only wastes the dentist’s time but the time lost could be used for patients requiring urgent treatment.
Boston Dental Centre operates a 2 FTA/SNC (Failure to Attend/Short Notice Cancellation) warning structure. Following 2 missed appointments the practice reserves the right to De-register you as an NHS patient. Any further appointments will be as a Paying Independent patient.
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, there is a risk your dentist may not be able to see you.
